UI/UX Designer

Join our team at Sager as a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our SaaS platform, SagerSpace, across both web and mobile interfaces. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities and Duties

Design Development: Collaborate with the product development team to create and implement visually appealing and user-friendly designs for SagerSpace's web platform and mobile app.
Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
Design Standards & Guidelines: Ensure consistency in design by adhering to and contributing to our design standards and guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure a seamless integration of design into the development process.
Feedback Integration: Regularly update and iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements.
Brand Adherence: Ensure that all designs, pages, sites, and emails adhere to company brand guidelines, acting as a brand champion.
Trend Awareness: Stay up to date on UX trends and seek creative inspiration from new trends and events.
Design Delivery: Deliver illustrated designs and process flows, ensuring a high-quality finish.
Additional Design Tasks: Perform other design-related tasks as assigned.
User Research: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights into user behaviors and attitudes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or related industries.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud apps, Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, particularly in web and mobile platforms. Similar projects are a plus.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centered design approach.
